Pink & Champagne: Real San Diego Greek Wedding

Like many couples nowadays, Stephania and Dustin met online, and it didn’t take long for both to realize that they were made for each other. They tied the knot at the Marston House in Balboa Park (a place I hold near and dear to my heart, for that is where I had my very first wedding in 2004), then they took the party over to The Abbey to celebrate.

It was Comicon weekend in San Diego, which provided a bit of a visual treat to all the out of town guests, especially Stephania’s family who traveled from as far as Greece to be here with them. Not only did guests enjoy the natural beauty and cool breeze of the formal garden, but upon entering the reception they were greeted with blushing pink and champagne tones that warmly illuminated and welcomed them. Like all proper Greek weddings, we had a Sweets Bar with delicious Greek treats and there was a LOT of dancing. DJ Joe from JMC Events kept up with the crowd and the lighting he provided was perfect to set the mood for this incredibly fun and romantic celebration.

It was so much fun being able to be part of their day! Makes what I do not seem like work… Below are the images shared by their photographers: 1 Look Back Photography, you can also click here for the facebook album where you can spot a lot more details of the day on our fan page.
